Andrew joined On-Ramps in 2021 as a Search Analyst. He currently provides project support across multiple searches.
Before joining On-Ramps, Andrew worked as a Recruitment Manager for Teach For America where he oversaw strategy, relationship-building, and support for candidates from colleges and universities across the Northeast. During his time on Teach For America’s recruitment team, he served as a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Council Member and co-led the LGBTQ+ affinity group. Prior to Teach For America, Andrew had also worked as a middle school teacher with a focus in students with disabilities in Brooklyn.
Andrew holds an M.Ed. from Brooklyn College and a B.A. from the University of Florida where he studied Political Science, Language, and Gender Studies. Originally from South Florida, Andrew now resides in New Jersey. In his spare time, you can find him listening to audiobooks, working on his music, or working out at the gym.
