Cindy Snyder joined the On-Ramps team in November 2024 as a Research Team Process Coordinator. In this role, she supports the Research Team in meeting its goals by efficiently and effectively processing prospect research and coordinating market outreach.
In 2012, Cindy had to drastically pivot her career aspirations and her life in general when she became permanently disabled at the age of 27 and was told by her doctors that she’d never work again. Though at the time, remote work was not nearly as widespread as it is now, Cindy refused to let her disabilities prevent her from pursuing a career and started freelancing remotely. She’s done many things along the way including being an editor and partner for a hybrid publishing house, virtual assistant, and much more. Somewhere along the way, she discovered that research and data analysis is what she’s most passionate about, which is partly what makes her role at On-Ramps such a perfect fit for her.
Cindy was born and raised in Philadelphia and currently lives in Minersville, PA with her husband and 3 cats. She loves to read, especially mysteries, watch movies, and spend time with family and friends.
