Jasmin joined the On-Ramps team in 2021. As a Search Consultant, she leads searches for a variety of clients supporting their talent goals.

Prior to On-Ramps, she spent over a decade building and leading volunteer programs for several national non-profit organizations. Most recently, she was the Senior Director of Mentor Engagement at iMentor NYC, a national mentoring and college access organization, where she led a team in successfully recruiting and engaging thousands of volunteer mentors. Prior to iMentor, she led community engagement operations at Reading Partners, a national literacy nonprofit organization. She began her career with Safe Horizon, NYC’s largest victim services organization, where she served as a domestic violence and crime victim advocate in the Queens Criminal and Supreme Court.

Jasmin holds a B.A. in Psychology and Art History from Vassar College. A native New Yorker, she now resides in the Hudson Valley with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, Jasmin enjoys kickboxing, kayaking on Lake Oscawana, spending time with her family, and volunteering in her community.
