Jo joined On-Ramps in 2024 as a Research Specialist, bringing 16 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources with prominent organizations such as Neiman Marcus Group, Goldman Sachs, and Computer Sciences Corporation. Throughout her career, Jo has held various roles, including Recruiting Coordinator, Recruiter, Global Senior Manager of Recruiting, and most recently, Senior Talent Sourcer. While she hasn't worked directly in the social sector, Jo is deeply connected to it through over 25 years of volunteer work. She has been an active member and board member of several organizations, including a blindness research foundation, a sexual assault/rape crisis center, an animal rescue group, and numerous PTAs.
Jo holds a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and currently resides in Dallas, Texas, with her family. She enjoys camping, jogging with her dog, and unwinding at the beach whenever possible.
