As a Search Consultant, Kristen partners with clients across industry and function, advising on equitable hiring practices and guiding exceptional, mission-driven candidates from diverse backgrounds through hiring processes.
Kristen spent the first 15 years of her career supporting top talent in non-profit organizations. She most recently served as Director, Talent Acquisition & Business Partner at Leadership for Educational Equity, where she executed hiring, staffing, business partner coaching, compensation, and employment branding. Kristen began her career at Teach For America, first recruiting corps members then leading within the internal human resources function on employee engagement, performance management, and analytics/reporting.
Kristen earned an M.S. in Human Resource Management & Development from New York University and a B.S. in Organizational Communication, Learning, & Design from Ithaca College. Kristen lived in New York City for a number of years and is currently based in her hometown of Buffalo, NY. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and working on DIY projects.
