Lauren re-joined On-Ramps in 2021, bringing with her 5 years of experience in executive search and recruitment for non-profits nationally and also locally in her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. As a member of the On-Ramps Research Specialist team, Lauren supports On-Ramps’ searches through strategic and meaningful sourcing and prospect research, in order to build strong and diverse talent pools.

With 10 years of experience in non-profit management, Lauren has expertise in fund development and program leadership. Through her work at Women In Distress (WID), a large-scale domestic violence (DV) center in South Florida, Lauren co-lead a $5M capital campaign and, as WID’s Director of Social Change, she drove the agency’s DV prevention and education initiatives.

Lauren earned a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Delaware and also received her Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from Eastern University. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Pittsburgh, PA.
