Madeline joined the On-Ramps team in 2015. As a Search Consultant, she leads client engagements across the country and in a variety of functional areas. Madeline believes in On-Ramps' commitment to supporting arts and cultural organizations and often leads our searches in this area. Internally, Madeline is committed to building an equitable and inclusive culture where everyone is supported in their growth and engaged in meaningful ways. To accomplish this, Madeline plans and leads business development trainings and develops culture building opportunities in collaboration with several of her fantastic colleagues.
Before joining On-Ramps, Madeline was a Teach for America corps member in New York City. She taught at several charter school networks before helping to found a District Public Elementary School in Brooklyn, where she developed the school's arts program and ran the arts department.
Madeline graduated from Northwestern University with a B.S. in Theater and earned her M.S.Ed. from Hunter's RELAY Graduate School of Education. Madeline is passionate about seeing theater that expands and deepens her understanding of the world and others, singing show tunes, ordering far too many treats at any bakery she comes across and playing pretend with her young daughter.
