Menna is excited to join the On-Ramps team as a Research Specialist to help them reach their mission of sourcing talented and diverse candidates for leadership positions. She is passionate about making a social impact and doing meaningful work that positively impacts individuals and communities.
Menna brings six years of experience in medical informatics and clinical research. She currently works as a clinical study manager and leads multiple clinical research studies evaluating medical technology and clinical solutions.
Menna holds a B.A. in Biology and Business Management from Wittenberg University and an M.S. in Biomedical Informatics from the University of Pittsburgh. She was a PULSE (Pittsburgh Urban Leadership Service Experience) fellow for a year, where she practiced servant leadership and worked closely with local non-profits in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. She also ran research projects in Malawi for two years and worked to improve patient care in a low-resource clinic.
Menna believes in the power of research to improve healthcare and other sectors. She enjoys taking road trips with her partner, running, gardening, and visiting her home country, Ethiopia.
