Sarah, a Founding Partner, brings over twenty five years of experience in human capital consulting and people management to On-Ramps. With experience both as a strategy consultant and Head of HR, Sarah brings deep talent and strategy experience, with and a strong focus on creating change and impact. Sarah has successfully served a wide-variety of clients, leading large change efforts and designing and implementing a range of talent development programs. When Sarah is not collaborating on searches, she is actively engaged in the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion work and talent strategy work.
Prior to On-Ramps, Sarah was an Engagement Manager at Katzenbach Partners, LLC, where she led projects focused on human capital issues and where her work was profiled in the Wall Street Journal. Prior to working at Katzenbach, Sarah was Director of Organization Development at Skinklinic, a start-up skin care company, where she designed and led the recruiting, training, and performance management programs for nurses, doctors, and a retail team. Having helped build an organization from the ground up, Sarah understands the importance of not only attracting but also retaining great people.
Sarah is a graduate of Brown University where she received a B.A. in History. Originally from Arizona, but now very much a New Yorker, Sarah resides in Brooklyn with her husband, daughter, and dog Pepper.
