Whitney brings 15 years of experience serving in project management and relationship building roles across various consulting firms and nonprofits. She currently serves as a program officer at a women's foundation in Chicago where grantmaking focuses on economic security, access to health services, and freedom from violence for women and girls. She is excited to bring a decade of prior experience in executive search and recruiting specifically in the nonprofit and philanthropic sector to On-Ramps.
Whitney earned a dual BA in psychology and African & African American Studies from Washington University in St. Louis and a MSW with a specialization in nonprofit management from the Brown School of Social Work, also at Washington University in St. Louis. Whitney serves on the board of Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy (EPIP), which is a membership-based organization for professionals at all levels who are new to philanthropy. She lives with her wife and twin daughters on the South Side of Chicago and, in her very limited free time, is a Barbie collector and ceramic artist.
