Zoë joined On-Ramps as a Search Specialist in 2023 after nearly 10 years of working in the nonprofit sector. Her professional experience has included roles as Recruitment Coordinator and Recruitment Director, with Conservation Legacy where she focused on getting young people and military veterans engaged in conservation careers. Most recently, she served 4 years as National Associate Director for American Conservation Experience's EPIC NPS Division, where she was responsible for building and supporting partnerships with the National Park Service. Through her career, Zoë has had the chance to live, travel and explore across the country. She is passionate about the environment and connecting people to the outdoors, as well as public service and connecting people to opportunities.
Zoë received her BA in English and Creative Writing with a minor in Art from Warren Wilson College. She currently lives in Asheville, NC, and when she is not at work she can be found hiking a trail, working on one of her creative hobbies which include silversmithing, quilting and other traditional crafts, or spending time with her family, which includes her husband, daughter, two cats and a dog.
