Andrew has been with On-Ramps since 2021. He plays a range of roles across a variety of searches from project support to project management. He also heads the firm’s Culture and Engagement team, facilitating staff meetings and retreat events, and spearheading initiatives that strengthen collaboration and connection across On-Ramps.
Before joining On-Ramps, Andrew worked as a Recruitment Manager for Teach For America where he oversaw strategy, relationship-building, and support for candidates from colleges and universities across the Northeast. During his time on Teach For America’s recruitment team, he served as a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Council Member and co-led the LGBTQ+ affinity group. Prior to Teach For America, Andrew had also worked as a middle school teacher with a focus in students with disabilities in Brooklyn.
Andrew holds an M.Ed. from Brooklyn College and a B.A. from the University of Florida where he studied Political Science, Language, and Gender Studies. Originally from South Florida, Andrew now resides in New Jersey with his wife and rescue chihuahua. In his spare time, Andrew is most likely sharpening his craft as a disc jockey, exploring new coffee shops, or resisting the urge to add yet another plant and/or record to his collection.
